EZ Commerce

Founded in 2007, EZ Commerce (DCG) operates in the development of platforms for virtual stores. Over the years, the Company managed to establish itself in the market as one of the main national players and today it has 3 major market platforms that are used by more than 500 virtual stores of companies such as GE, Grupo Abril, ThyssenKrupp, Track & Field, Dakota, Mondial , Victorinox and Shop Fisio. With the investment of Criatec 2, in the beginning of 2016, the Company adopted a new positioning as a “Group” (Digital Commerce Group or simply DCG), offering its platforms – EZ, Core and Octopus – as products of a portfolio of solutions and not more like separate brands. Since then, the Company has implemented the investment thesis presented to shareholders. The result has been not only the maintenance of good historical growth in sales, but also a considerable improvement in the quality of revenues (which today are already 85% recurring), expansion of the customer base, evolution in products (technology and features), professionalization management (including hiring market executives), in addition to considerable advances in corporate governance.

In 2018, DCG was acquired by Linx, a Brazilian company specialized in software for retail.
