Jaime Cardoso co-CEO and the partner, co-responsible for the Private Equity strategy in the consumer, retail & services sectors and member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Cardoso has been with Crescera since 2010.

Prior to joining Crescera, Mr. Cardoso worked as an M&A Director at the Bradesco Banco de Investimentos (Bradesco BBI), as Investment Banking Director at Citibank Global Markets and as an Economist at the IMF.

Mr. Cardoso holds a Master of Arts and C.Phil degree in Economics from UCLA.

Mr. Cardoso served as a Board Member for Hortifruti, Forno de Minas and Estapar, where has also participated in the HR Committee. He is currently a Board Member at Hospital Care, Rede Oba Hortifruti, Vita Participações, Semantix, Grupo Zelo, Plural Care and Terra Zoo.
